Alex Simring is passionate about healthy eating. He trained at UNSW, Australia and has completed an undergraduate degree. Eating the right foods play a major factor in weight control, digestive health and nutrition. We eats foods for a variety of reasons, with pleasure and comfort topping the list all too often. Simring recommends eating consciously, being aware of the foods we eat and why we eat them. Rushing meals, eating convenience and pre packaged foods, consuming take away meals and missing out on the family meals all play a significant role in undermining the potential for optimal nutrition.
